Terms of Service

MQ45 is a read-only risk-monitoring and trading-psychology service. It watches trading accounts you connect and alerts you to patterns and risks in your own trading. It is software for self-directed traders.

MQ45 is not a broker, not an investment adviser, and not a signal service. Nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Every alert reports the state of your account; every decision and every trade is yours.

Connecting an account grants MQ45 view-only access: a MetaTrader 5 investor (read-only) password, or a cTrader OAuth grant for account viewing. MQ45 cannot and will never place, modify, move or close a position on your behalf, and you should treat any product claim otherwise as a defect to report.

You can end that access at any time by disconnecting the account in MQ45, revoking the grant on cTrader's site, or changing your MT5 investor password.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the credentials you connect, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for everything done under your account. You may not share, resell or misuse the service, probe its infrastructure, or use it in a way that breaks the law or a broker's own terms.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, unless you are on a prepaid period, which ends when it runs out. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period plays out in full. AI chat consumes credits: a monthly plan allowance that does not roll over, and top-ups that never expire.

Prices are shown before you pay. If a payment is taken in error, contact support and we will make it right.

We work hard to show your account exactly as your broker reports it, but market data can lag, terminals and bridges can fail, and an alert can arrive late or not at all. MQ45 is a second pair of eyes, not a safety net: the final responsibility for every risk you take remains with you.

To the maximum extent the law allows, MQ45 is not liable for trading losses, missed alerts, or interruptions of service.

You can leave whenever you like: deleting your account removes you and everything under it. We can suspend or end an account for abuse, non-payment, or risk to the platform, with notice where the situation allows it.

The service and these terms evolve. Material changes are posted here before they apply, and continuing to use MQ45 after them means you accept them. Questions: legal@mq45.com.
